The Sivananda Ashram Yoga Farm is the ideal place for the treatments for it is best if the rejuvenative process is done along with Yoga, meditation and proper diet.

You can have a full treatment (around 2 hours), or choose a specific one. For greatest effect it is recommended to combine treatment with a full Ayurvedic assessment and to repeat daily for 3 days to a week (inquire for special rate).

For optimal rejuvenation benefits, it is recommended to combine all the therapies.

A traditional Ayurvedic full-body herbal massage. This tri-doshic balancing treatment purifies and rejuvenates the body and mind.

Two therapists use synchronized movements combining slow, fast, and kneading strokes, which aim to stimulate the subtle energies of the marma points (energy points) and nadis (energy channels).

This treatment begins with special preparation of herbal oils that calm and nourish the nervous system. A soothing steady stream of the herbal oil is poured onto the forehead over the third eye.

A gentle head, scalp, and neck massage follows the treatment. This blissful therapy quiets the mind, relieves mental tension, and calms the emotions, promoting mental clarity and comprehension.

This full-body herbal treatment uses a steam canopy which dilates the srotas (channels) promoting elimination of toxins by activating the sweat glands. This removes stiffness, heaviness, coldness, and balances the body and mind.

Your visit with an Ayurvedic specialist will include a detailed history intake, pulse and tongue analysis, diet and lifestyle evaluation.

Looking at this picture through the eyes of Ayurveda, your practitioner will be able to determine your constitution and the nature of any imbalances. With this information your practitioner can develop a plan which includes herbs, diet and lifestyle recommendations and other Ayurvedic treatments that would be beneficial to your health.
