Create your own positive future. Being able to control your thoughts and still your mind is the first stage in meditation. Lectures on positive thinking and stress management, combined with a personal practice of yoga asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation will free you from negative thought patterns and help you to manage the stresses of daily life. During the 5 days of the course there will be plenty of opportunity to go hiking in nature, walk the labyrinth, go for a swim or relax in the sauna.
