Reservations Information

Places are limited so please reserve early. Most of the Intensives have an early reservation discount, if paid in full thirty days in advance. We require a one night non-refundable deposit upon reservation.

We accept: Paypal, cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard.

NOTE: Paypal is the only online method for paying for reservations. (coming soon)

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

No refunds are given for deposits or shortened guest stays, but credit notes (good for one year) can be issued. Credit notes will be given only if notification of cancellation is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Deposits will be forfeited if notification is not received within 24 hours prior to reservation date. For Intensives, course registration requires a $100 non-refundable deposit. TTC deposit is $300 (non-refundable).
