Satsang is keeping company with wise and inspired people or teachers. Their thoughts are uplifting. If you meditate for half an hour daily, you will be able to face life with peace and spiritual strength. Chanting is the most powerful way to become joyful through sound vibrations. Readings are from Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnu-devananda's books.

Yoga Class

The basic structure of our Yoga Class is: Initial Relaxation followed by Pranayama, Sun Salutation, 12 Asanas and Final Relaxation. Short periods of relaxation are practiced between each exercise. The class incorporates all levels of participants, beginners, intermediate and advanced.

Karma Yoga

Is the Yoga of selfless service. All visitors are encouraged to join our staff (all non-paid volunteers) in this service during our daily scheduled Karma Yoga Hour.

Workshops

Workshops are offered daily for guests and students registered for special weeks or programs. The workshops are taught by experienced teachers or swamis or conducted by special guest teachers following the theme of the week or the week end. Workshops may be scheduled any time between Brunch and afternoon Asana class depending on the course.
